Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and screenings to ascertain clients' mental health needs, including their emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to address the unique issues facing each client, setting measurable goals and objectives.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, applying a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques to foster client engagement and progress.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s mental health are addressed.

• Offer education and support to clients' families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and actively involving them in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential client records, complying with all regulatory and ethical guidelines to safeguard client information.

Qualifications\n
