Our therapists work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, making it easier to integrate personal commitments with your professional responsibilities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual counseling sessions using digital therapy platforms to effectively support clients in processing their mental health concerns.

• Facilitate engaging therapeutic conversations that help clients identify personal challenges and prioritize their mental health goals.

• Implement evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic techniques to equip clients with tools for managing stressors and enhancing their emotional resilience.

• Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, respect, and empathy, adapting your approach to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' psychosocial needs and treatment outcomes.

• Document client progress and interactions meticulously using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and best practices with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele seeking assistance with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults seeking ongoing therapy or crisis intervention. By providing culturally sensitive care, you will address the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client, fostering a collaborative environment that respects their individuality.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of an active and valid license in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using digital therapy platforms and applications to engage clients effectively.

• Strong understanding of various therapeutic methodologies and their application in a virtual setting.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
