Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms to establish an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

• Develop individualized treatment strategies that align with clients' goals and preferences, incorporating evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, promoting a family-inclusive approach to therapy.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, assessing treatment outcomes and adapting plans based on ongoing evaluations.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care, emphasizing integrated treatment plans.
