Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture strong therapeutic relationships with clients to foster trust and openness.

• Provide comprehensive psychological assessments to identify mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices adapted to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Regularly evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure effective outcomes.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams as needed, referring clients to additional professionals when appropriate to optimize care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with family dynamics, marital issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Your expertise will help clients navigate their challenges, enabling them to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license is a must for this role.

• A master's degree or doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions relevant to family and marital therapy.

• Proficiency in using tele-health platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in addiction therapy and knowledge of co-occurring disorders is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
