This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients via telemedicine platforms while also having the option to meet in person at our state-of-the-art outpatient office located in Oakland, California. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Adaptable Life Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and individual family members to identify therapeutic needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions both in-person and via telemedicine, employing evidence-based techniques to address mental health challenges.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with the unique context and dynamics of the family unit.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapy outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches for clients.

• Providing psychoeducation and resources to clients about coping strategies, family dynamics, and community support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with various client demographics, including couples, families, and individuals, addressing a range of issues such as:

• Managing conflicts among family members.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
