Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will work with a diverse population seeking support for a variety of issues, including relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our intake process ensures clients are screened adequately, and you will primarily engage with low-acuity clients who benefit from therapeutic guidance in an online setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure in Kansas as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) with no disciplinary actions on record.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients remotely.

• A commitment to ethical practice and the ability to manage patient confidentiality and privacy effectively.

• Proficiency in technology and a genuine interest in using teletherapy platforms for client engagement.

• Experience in individual and family therapy required, demonstrating a capability to handle various therapy modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The remuneration for this position is highly competitive, with a salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, including healthcare benefits. Additionally, you will receive a substantial sign-on bonus upon seeing your first client within two weeks of onboarding.
