Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist with Delamere Mental Health, you will:

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that promote mental wellness in a confidential, non-judgmental setting.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery and personal growth.

• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in line with organizational policies and state regulations to ensure accountability and clarity in treatment.

• Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary teams to discuss case management strategies and share insights that can enhance client outcomes.

• Stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices by participating in continuing education opportunities and team meetings.

• Exhibit flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients’ availability, ensuring they receive timely access to therapy.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• An active and valid Maryland license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) with liability insurance.

• The ability to effectively conduct therapy both in-person (when needed) and through telehealth platforms, demonstrating proficiency with the necessary technology.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in specialized therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or trauma-informed practice, will be viewed favorably. Previous experience collaborating with community resources and agencies to support client needs is also a plus.
