Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating various challenges such as relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds will be essential in fostering therapeutic relationships that promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid Oregon LMFT license is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Demonstrated clinical skills in systems theory, trauma-informed care, and relational dynamics.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate rapport with clients and their families.

• Familiarity with telehealth technology and software is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of direct clinical experience working with couples and families in a therapeutic setting.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Interest or specialization in areas such as trauma recovery or child and adolescent therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
