Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gain a holistic understanding of clients’ needs and challenges.

• Develop customized treatment plans that reflect individual, couple, and family dynamics, addressing the specific concerns of each client.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families using various therapeutic modalities. This may include EFT, Gottman techniques, or trauma-informed care approaches.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with Maryland state laws and clinic policies, enabling accurate tracking of progress and treatment effectiveness.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in team meetings to foster a culture of learning and collaboration.

• Collaborate with external professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Uphold ethical considerations and legal standards in practice, ensuring that all therapeutic interactions are client-focused and respectful.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing personal crises, couples navigating relational challenges, and families dealing with systemic issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent field.

• An active LCMFT license in the state of Maryland is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload.
