Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in a virtual setting, developing therapeutic relationships that promote trust and healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients comprise a wide range of demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health and substance use challenges. As an LCMFT, you will address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma, providing empathetic support to nurture healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid Maryland license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) and be in good standing with relevant professional boards.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required, with a master's or doctoral degree preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver both in-person and remote therapeutic services effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years’ experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and couples is required.

• Experience with virtual therapy platforms and telehealth service delivery, ideally with familiarity in using electronic health records (EHR).

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
