Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their therapy goals.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services, utilizing your chosen evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Maryland state laws and organizational policies, ensuring compliance and facilitating continuity of care.

• Participate actively in clinical supervision sessions, case consultations, and team meetings to ensure collaborative care and share best practices.

• Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and school counselors, to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to client needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload.
