Key Responsibilities\n

• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of session notes, treatment plans, and client interactions, ensuring compliance with all clinic policies and necessary regulatory standards.

• Crisis Intervention: Respond to clients in acute distress by providing immediate therapeutic interventions, ensuring their safety and mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on providing therapeutic services to a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Maryland LCMFT license, or eligibility for licensure in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Key Well Counseling offers competitive compensation ranging between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, with pay per session subject to regular increases based on your growing caseload.
