Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations, ensuring a deep understanding of each client’s unique challenges.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, monitor their progress, and adapt treatment strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy solutions to facilitate accessible care for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual sessions.

• Maintain ethical and professional documentation of all interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a range of mental health issues—from anxiety and depression to relationship and family dynamics. Your role will significantly influence their journeys toward mental wellness, ensuring that each client feels understood, respected, and supported.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

• A valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Massachusetts, or eligibility for licensure.

• Proven experience in counseling, particularly with culturally diverse populations and varied demographic backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering therapy in a remote or telehealth setting, utilizing virtual platforms effectively.

• Familiarity with client management software and documentation systems that support effective and ethical practice.

• Previous work experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide:
