Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be entrusted with a variety of critical responsibilities aimed at promoting mental health and wellness among our diverse clientele. Specific duties include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and treatment goals.

• Deliver therapeutic services in individual, couples, family, and group settings through both telehealth and in-person sessions.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure maximum efficacy.

• Facilitate parent support groups, addressing issues surrounding placement and adoption and offering guidance for families with prenatally substance-exposed children.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
