Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with families and couples to assess their current challenges and determine the therapeutic needs of the group.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques rooted in family systems theory to facilitate discussions, promote understanding, and mediate conflicts.

• Conduct regular progress assessments with clients to evaluate their growth and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients about how relational behaviors impact their mental health and overall well-being.

• Assist clients in working through grief and loss, improving family stability, and enhancing educational outcomes for children in the home.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately in compliance with state regulations and organization policies.

Qualifications\n
