Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized therapy plans tailored to individual challenges.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).

• Provide specialized support for clients suffering from PTSD, employing trauma-informed care strategies to promote recovery.

• Coordinate case management services, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources and referrals as needed.

• Maintain precise and confidential records in compliance with ICD-9 standards, documenting client progress and therapy outcomes.

Qualifications\n
