Riverbend Psychotherapy Services is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This remote role offers you the flexibility to provide vital mental health support to clients while engaging in meaningful therapeutic work. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to establish accurate mental health diagnoses, leading to the formulation and implementation of individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain a diverse client caseload, with a minimum expectation of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, ensuring consistent, high-quality therapy.

• Document treatment progress diligently, including clinical notes, assessments, and updates on treatment plans in accordance with company policies.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including case managers, medical professionals, and school staff to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate their personal challenges and achieve their mental health goals.

• Participate actively in all clinical meetings and training sessions to enhance personal and professional growth as well as to contribute to team development.

Your primary focus will include working with children, adolescents, and families, each with unique experiences and needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid LMFT PA clinical license required to practice in Washington state.
\n
• Proven experience in clinical documentation, including the completion of assessments and treatment plans.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in conveying clinical information effectively.
\n
• Ability to adhere to deadlines when completing and submitting documentation of services, ensuring compliance and accountability.
\n
• Proficiency in maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients and demonstrating stable, professional interactions.
\n
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.
\n
• Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with family systems and adolescent issues.

• Competence in utilizing tele therapy methods to support client care.
\n
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and sensitivity to the unique needs of various demographic groups.
