Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with clients to foster a therapeutic relationship conducive to growth and healing.

• Diagnose a range of mental health disorders utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Lead engaging therapy sessions for individuals and groups, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other relevant interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
