Work Environment\n

As a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at LumaMind Therapy, you will work primarily from home while having the option to utilize our outpatient office facilities as needed. This role offers a flexible work schedule, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for adaptability to meet your personal preferences and lifestyle. Our hybrid model supports the use of telehealth services combined with in-person therapy sessions, enabling you to connect with clients effectively in a way that best suits their needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services including individual, couples, and family therapy in an outpatient setting, addressing various emotional and psychological challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and develop collaborative, goal-oriented treatment plans that are tailored to individual circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic approaches to deliver effective therapy.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency guidelines to ensure continuity of care and legal adherence.

• Participate in weekly case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance clinical insights and shared learning.

• Engage in professional development through ongoing training offered by the clinic, contributing to continued licensure and skill enhancement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. An emphasis will be placed on providing culturally competent care that respects and responds to each client’s unique background and needs. Collaborating with clients to set actionable goals for therapy will be central to your approach.

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in the state of Nevada or eligibility for licensing within a 90-day window.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At LumaMind Therapy, we value our dedicated professionals, offering competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year based on experience and performance, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees). Flexible work schedules can accommodate evenings and weekends as preferred. Moreover, our organization provides support for continuing education units (CEUs) and clinical supervision when necessary.
