Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that employ solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more to address specific challenges faced by clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and adherence to organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide coordinated, holistic care that addresses both physical and emotional health.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the quality of services while reflecting on your own clinical practice.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment strategies, and available resources, empowering them to navigate their mental health journey effectively.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health research and therapeutic techniques, integrating new knowledge into your practice to ensure high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base consists of individuals and families from various backgrounds facing mental health challenges. You will be working with clients who experience trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties, particularly within a detox center setting. We aim to deliver compassionate care focused on understanding each client’s unique context and needs, ensuring they receive the most effective interventions possible.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with a commitment to customizing treatment plans for individual client needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.

• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle complex client situations and develop actionable plans for improvement.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a mental health therapist, preferably in outpatient settings or with clients navigating detox and recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
