Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client needs effectively and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique dynamics of each client.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, facilitating meaningful dialogues that promote healing and growth.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Maryland state regulations and practice policies to ensure the highest standards of care and accountability.

• Engage in clinical supervision and participate in case consultations and team meetings to promote best practices and improve client outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and school counselors, to deliver comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse caseload, focusing on individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our clients come to us seeking assistance with a range of issues, including relationship struggles, parenting challenges, trauma recovery, and mental health conditions. Your work will be centered around understanding and addressing complex relationship dynamics, making a tangible difference in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• An active LCMFT license in the state of Maryland is essential for this role.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure, providing evidence of your skills and competence in therapeutic settings.

• Experience in working with couples, families, or children, with a focus on relationship dynamics.
