Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to address clients’ emotional and psychological needs.

• Facilitate couples counseling to assist partners in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening their relationships.

• Work collaboratively with families to explore dynamics affecting their relationships and develop strategies to foster healthier interactions.

• Create detailed treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals and circumstances, adjusting them as necessary based on progress.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standard assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to manage complex cases effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
