This position is primarily remote, allowing our therapists to provide care from the comfort of their homes while working for an organization dedicated to flexibility and work-life balance. However, you will also have access to our outpatient office facilities in Salinas, California for in-person consultations and team meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Engage regularly with clients in individual and group therapy sessions, meticulously adjusting treatment methodologies based on their ongoing progress and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Our clients may be dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse disorders. Your work will be pivotal in helping clients understand their behaviors, improve their interpersonal relationships, and achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Avalid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
