Work Environment\n

The typical workweek runs from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., encouraging a degree of independence in handling client interactions and therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Maintain detailed records, including ongoing documentation, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, in accordance with organizational policies.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, delivering exceptional therapeutic services and ensuring a supportive client experience.

• Utilize innovative and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their personal goals and improve their overall mental health.

• Engage in interdisciplinary coordination with case managers, families, and educational staff to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and an understanding of diversity in therapy practices, ensuring services are accessible and relevant to all client populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work predominantly with children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to emotional distress, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
