Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health issues, needs, and strengths, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their personal values.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that address a variety of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing immediate challenges, ensuring a compassionate and supportive response.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including other therapists, mental health professionals, and case managers, to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Create a safe and trusting environment for clients that promotes cooperation and open communication, allowing for effective therapeutic engagement.

• Proactively pursue continued education and professional development in specialized counseling topics such as adolescent therapy or couples counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
