Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services through various modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients, establishing measurable goals in collaboration with them.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with critical resources such as financial assistance, housing support, and other social services to enhance their stability.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health issues, including suicidal ideation, substance abuse crises, or severe trauma responses.

• Engage in educational initiatives that promote mental health awareness in the community and work to combat stigma associated with mental illness.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate case records, treatment plans, and progress notes ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to foster collaboration and share best practices among peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing care for a diverse population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and chronic illness, among other mental health conditions. You will work with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, necessitating a culturally competent approach to ensure effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current Nevada LCSW license with the ability to practice independently is required.

• A compassionate and empathetic approach is essential, with a strong focus on delivering client-centered care.

• Proven experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
