This position allows for flexibility in work scheduling, where applicants can choose between 4x10 or 5x8 shifts during our operational hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based methodologies to address their unique challenges.

• Evaluate clients' issues within your field of practice and implement tailored treatment strategies to address their mental health needs effectively.

• Facilitate cases involving cognitive, affective, and behavioral health, providing immediate support during crises and connecting clients with community resources as necessary.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of the services provided through client feedback and outcome measurements, making adjustments as needed to improve care.

• Keep an organized caseload as required, which includes providing individual clinical counseling tailored to the needs of each client.

Qualifications\n
