Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate diagnoses, when necessary, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to establish individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions, continually adapting strategies to support the mental health challenges faced by patients.

• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records in alignment with our regulatory requirements, ensuring timeliness and compliance.

• Collaborate effectively with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that promote desired outcomes.

• Educate and guide patients and their families towards achieving mental health goals, focusing on symptom management and safety.
