Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapy, catering to diverse client needs across individuals, couples, and families facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Create, implement, and manage personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, working collaboratively with clients to track progress and make necessary adjustments.

• Act as a strong advocate for clients, helping them access vital resources such as financial assistance, housing support, and additional social services to enhance their recovery and resilience.

• Provide crisis intervention in acute situations, managing cases of suicidal ideation, substance abuse crises, or severe trauma responses with immediate support and strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant records, including treatment notes and progress evaluations, adhering to HIPAA and state/federal regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
