Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Chrysalis Health Counseling, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Providing therapeutic support to clients navigating a wide array of mental health challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication issues.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that consider the unique values and needs of each client, ensuring that therapy is both person-centered and goal-oriented.

• Creating a therapeutic environment that promotes trust and rapport, facilitating positive therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Documenting all therapeutic interventions clearly and concisely to track client progress and support ongoing treatment decisions.

• Collaborating closely with other clinicians, mental health professionals, and case managers to provide comprehensive and coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s wellbeing.

• Responding promptly to crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention for clients facing urgent mental health needs.

• Engaging in continuous professional development by staying abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and practices in areas such as trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, and couples counseling.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
