Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting therapeutic rapport with clients through empathic engagement and effective communication.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relational issues.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client, regularly adjusting them based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Monitor patient progress consistently, conducting ongoing evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of treatment and making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
