Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' familial dynamics and mental health issues, documenting observations and insights for effective treatment planning.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based practices to address relationship disruptions.

• Identify and connect clients with relevant community resources that may support their emotional and mental well-being, enhancing their therapeutic progress.

• Assist clients in processing grief, trauma, and other emotional challenges through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of clients' needs and goals.

• Provide expert testimony and documentation in legal contexts when required, collaborating with legal representatives as needed.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to ensure compliance with licensure requirements and stay abreast of best practices in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated ability to provide effective therapy interventions for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
