Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients facing a variety of behavioral health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on diverse demographics, including individuals and families from various cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. Your therapeutic approach will need to be adaptable to cater to unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflicts. By employing evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will be instrumental in improving the mental health outcomes of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Current, active Maryland LMFT license or eligibility for licensure in Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient therapy settings.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Family Systems Therapy, CBT, and other evidence-based practices.

• Ability to foster rapport with clients, creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

• Effective case management skills with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems, as well as familiarity with telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Key Well Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
