Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative care by communicating with other healthcare providers remotely to deliver a cohesive strategy that addresses all aspects of a patient’s mental and emotional health.

• Provide immediate virtual support to families experiencing acute crises, utilizing telehealth tools to offer guidance that helps stabilize challenging situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.

• Create, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans based on initial assessments conducted via telehealth, regularly tracking clients’ progress and making necessary adjustments to their care strategies.

• Conduct engaging online therapy sessions—including individual, family, and group formats—utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy to facilitate client growth and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in the mental health field, particularly in outpatient settings.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster therapeutic relationships with clients and facilitate collaboration among colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
