Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients, promoting a safe space for genuine expression.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health issues effectively and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Facilitate both individual and couple therapy sessions, integrating various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or strengths-based approaches.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Monitor patient progress continuously and maintain accurate documentation to meet clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
