Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and continuous evaluations of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being to design effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on fostering positive dynamics and strengthening relational skills among clients.

• Actively engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to contribute to comprehensive client treatment strategies.

• Monitor clients' progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal improvement in mental health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with individuals who are experiencing substance abuse challenges alongside complex mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Possession of an active California LMFT license, free from any suspension or probationary status.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
