Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions that are tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct initial assessments and continual evaluations of clients' emotional and behavioral health, establishing comprehensive treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial evaluations.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, offering immediate support and counseling in times of acute distress, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are regularly reviewed and adjusted based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, actively contributing to case management discussions to create holistic treatment plans that address the various aspects of client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals and families dealing with the complexities of substance abuse and mental health issues. You will support a diverse client population, helping them navigate their struggles while strengthening relational dynamics within families and partnerships. Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Possess an active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in a similar therapeutic environment, demonstrating proficiency in individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Excellent clinical skills, including crisis intervention, psychosocial assessment, and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.

• Strong understanding of developmental theory and application in therapeutic settings, alongside knowledge of cultural factors that influence family dynamics.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, specifically focused on substance use and mental health disorders.

• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
