Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and create personalized treatment plans that cater to the distinct needs and preferences of clients.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and case notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through clinical supervision, training programs, and keeping abreast of the latest research in the marriage and family therapy field.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and interns, enhancing the overall quality of care and clinical practice.

• Uphold and exemplify the highest ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality in all aspects of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing a variety of challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active State LMFT license, enabling you to practice in California.
