Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions through various virtual platforms, offering personalized therapeutic strategies that align with clients' treatment plans.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders using standardized assessments and clinical interviews, crafting individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs of each client.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish realistic treatment goals and monitor their progress through ongoing evaluation and adjustment of therapeutic strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention support, ensuring immediate needs are addressed and connecting clients with appropriate resources when necessary.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
