Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, psychological, and relational needs, resulting in the development of individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including relationship conflicts, anxiety disorders, depression, and adjustment issues. Valuing diverse backgrounds, the therapist must exhibit cultural sensitivity and adaptability to support clients from varying socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds, ensuring they feel safe and understood.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LMFT license in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, particularly focused on areas such as substance abuse therapy.
