Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver group and individual therapy sessions based on evidence-based practices, tailoring your therapeutic approach to best meet the needs of each client.

• Document client progress and therapeutic interventions meticulously, including conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining progress notes in accordance with organizational policies.

• Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive aftercare plans ensuring success upon discharge from therapy, which may include referrals to community resources and support systems.

• Engage with clients' families, external clinicians, and referring parties to ensure a unified approach to the client's care, facilitating open communication and continuity of services.

• Adhere promptly to documentation requirements, complying with best practices and regulations to uphold quality standards in client care.

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families, many of whom face challenges stemming from trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT).

• Active and valid LMFT license issued by the State of California.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a medical or therapeutic environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills to facilitate effective therapy sessions and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually.
