Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients and determine the most appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that align with their specific requirements, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Employ evidence-based treatments such as CBT and DBT to facilitate client healing and growth, continuously adjusting approaches based on client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to empower them in their journey.

• Maintain open lines of communication with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines in record-keeping.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
