Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to maintain a flexible work-life balance while delivering essential mental health services. The work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Our outpatient office provides a welcoming setting where therapists collaborate with each other and engage in ongoing cultural competency training to better serve our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gather insight into patients’ backgrounds and experiences.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that respect the cultural context of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of California.
