Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a vital role within our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and their family dynamics.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, enabling clients to explore their challenges in a supportive environment.

• Addressing a broad spectrum of issues, including alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, separation and divorce adjustments, and communication difficulties.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve family communication and relational dynamics.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience providing therapy to individuals and families.
