Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Engaging with couples and families through both joint and individual sessions, addressing complex relational dynamics.

• Providing therapy for a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to alcohol and substance abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and job-related stress.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients while continuously assessing and adapting treatment plans based on their progress.

• Documenting patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely to ensure compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.
