Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique mental health needs, continuously assessing and adjusting strategies based on progress.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring safety and developing appropriate follow-up plans.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, facilitating referrals and integrated treatment plans.

• Maintain timely and precise clinical documentation within our electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Educationally support clients by equipping them with coping strategies and emotional regulation techniques to enhance their relationship skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a variety of clients ranging from individuals seeking assistance for anxiety and depression to couples and families navigating relational conflicts or transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active LMFT license in the state of California is mandatory.
