Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to address emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, challenges, and goals.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches and methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Document client progress and maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to enhance treatment efficacy and share insights on client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, employing safety planning and risk assessment techniques.
