Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Renovate, you will work with a diverse patient population that may include individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your clinical focus will be on providing therapy for issues related to family dynamics, relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and trauma. You may also encounter clients seeking support for substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Washington is required.

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; however, a master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is preferred.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is crucial.

• Proficiency in evidence-based practices aimed at treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is highly regarded.

• Strong therapeutic, counseling, and motivational skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, are essential to succeed in this role.
