Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s mental health challenges and strengths.

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy utilizing proven treatment methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
\n
• Create, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals and interventions, ensuring continuous progress tracking.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for your clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support and establish risk assessments to ensure client safety during critical situations.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, while leveraging electronic health record systems.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that enhance clients’ understanding of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior LMFT at Inner Zenith Wellness, you will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals and families from varied backgrounds and experiences. Your work will be focused on helping clients manage and overcome issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and traumatic experiences. Your insights and therapeutic approaches will be essential in fostering resilience and improving emotional well-being among our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with a focus on family or relationship therapy. Compensation and Benefits\n
