Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide brief individual and family therapy sessions to clients enrolled in the Family Resilience Program (FRP), focusing on their clinical progress and emotional well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, with particular attention to individuals facing chronic pain and trauma.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices while integrating innovative approaches, fostering a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients to replace detrimental behaviors with healthier ones.

• Maintain an active caseload that includes individuals, couples, children, and families, ensuring that all patients receive timely and compassionate care.

• Document clinical notes in an organized and timely manner, ensuring compliance with privacy, health, and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care effectively, maximizing outcomes for clients.

• Provide regular feedback and coaching to clients to help them implement positive changes in their lives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
